Nirvana Inn - Sylhet

The room I booked, a Beautiful Double Room, was luxurious and well-maintained. The AC worked perfectly, the right temperature as soon as I entered. The service was really good. Mr Uttom and Mr Mostafa stood out with their attentive and professional demeanor. A lovely touch was the complimentary room upgrade, which I appreciated. The room offered a amazing view of the surrounding area. The breakfast selection left much to be desired. It lacked variety, which detracted from the experience. While the comfort and service were great, a broader breakfast menu could greatly enhance guest satisfaction.

New-fashioned units in good condition. Incredible location rickshaw to the station, in the fairly nice area.

Uncomfortable bathroom.

The location was fantastic, very close to the center of the town, and Sylhet and far flung surroundings and easily accessible. The breakfast was the best, it had great meals. The staff were all efficient and excellent co-operating and provided good service.

The breakfasts is the best with a huge variety of food. The rooms are tidy and excellent, with bath tub, good a/c, balconies provided.

Everything is clean and amazing. Beautifully decorated and new-fashioned unit with bath tub, a fridge, for instance. Exceptionally nice location of the hotel, very close to restuarants and other shops, Bangladesh, and the best areas of Sylhet. Also, rickshaw to the station. Amazing and good meals.

Loved the spacious room, tv, and free Wi-Fi. The swimming pool was a great spot to relax. Good vibes!

The swimming pool was closed , despite the website indicating otherwise. The breakfast selection was shockingly limited. I expected more variety from a well-regarded hotel. To top it off, I encountered issues with room service that delivered cold food.

the food quality was a bit lacking. though the complimentary room upgrade was a lovely surprise! ! the amenities were great, free Wi-Fi, spacious rooms, and easy access to the city center.

The indoor swimming pool was clean and fun. They didn't provide warm water for showers.

One area for improvement would be the breakfast, which could benefit from a wider selection to enhance the dining experience.

Rooms were clean and spacious with fine views! The staff was super friendly and helpful! Breakfast had a nice variety, and everything tasted fresh!

A wonderful stay in a great Hotel

Whenever we needed assistance or had a request, they were always there to help us with a smile. Their dedication and attentiveness made us feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel manager even were really nice by providing us with a local phone when he found out our phones wouldn't work in Bangladesh. It's these small gestures that make a big difference in creating a nice experience. I had a wonderful stay at Nirvana Inn and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Sylhet.
